About Kirtan
Kirtan is the heartfelt yoga of sound, an ancient call-and-response practice considered the most powerful meditation for our busy modern age. No singing experience needed, just an open heart. These sacred mantras cleanse the mind, soften the heart, and awaken deep peace, and often spark spontaneous bliss and laughter.

Program
We start the evening with a breif introduce what kirtan is and how to practice. After that we go into a soothing sound bath meditation with Gauranga breathing. Then some mellow kirtan with beautiful music, a guided meditation and end it off with a fun energetic kirtan!
